Do you think the elites in those nations give up power without a revolution? I don’t.
I think they will if the electorate stays strong. I’m not sure if that will happen, though.

Exactly. Meanwhile all the euro trash this morning is upset we sanctioned them but not chinese for censorship.
They dont censor us or censor what we read, we dont like it but they can knock themselves out censoring whatever they want domestically.
Likewise, the Euro trash is welcome to block X and simply not use the platform. Instead they want to control it and you.
They have legitimately gone off the deep end and i don’t believe the response we gave thus far is sufficient. I hope they respond/escalate.

They lock up or minimize any opposition leader committed to making real changes I think you’re being overly optimistic.
Hell they’re locking up grandmas for praying at this point they’re openly totalitarian.

France denounces the visa restriction decisions taken by the United States against Thierry Breton and four other European figures.
These measures amount to intimidation and coercion against European digital sovereignty.
The European Union's digital regulation was adopted at the end of a democratic and sovereign process by the European Parliament and the Council.
It applies in Europe to ensure fair competition between platforms, without targeting any third country, and to enforce online the rules that already apply offline.
The rules that apply to the European Union's digital space are not intended to be determined outside of Europe.
With the European Commission and our European partners, we will continue to defend our digital sovereignty and our regulatory autonomy.

In protest, they will import in another million Muslims. That will show us!

I've seen some in the current Right that are equally silly.

This is true, but you are exaggerating it. Nigel Farage is not locked up, and he led Brexit. His party, Reform, is way in the polling lead, and will probably dominate upcoming elections.
Current odds are 84% that Reform will be the majority party in just 6 months

It has been interesting to watch EU countries and Britain steadily walk down the 1984 path and be steadfastly oblivious to the obvious.
1984 is set in England so it tracks.

We fought for their freedoms just so they can take them away?

Ironic that the EU is worried about being taken over by Putin but they're heading for Soviet style censorship.
They want a global communistic government. They just don't like Putin because he's actually helping to stand in their way from making that happen.

The amount of patronage that goes on with the UN is staggering. There are 1000’s of Hunter Biden types on the dole. Difference being they are smart enough to keep their heads down as not to blowup their grifting.

For a platform described as full of evil and vile nazi propaganda, the euros sure are using it to post all of their propaganda.
Its almost like they want to silence the propaganda they dont like.
If X is in serious violation of EU laws, and is dangerous… why are they ALL on it today.

The elites over there weren’t ready for him last time and he might not be who you want him to be unfortunately either.
He was fine with the immigration stuff that led to their current predicament.
I believe if he ever poses a true threat to their power structure he’ll get got one way or the other unless Trump or Vance backs that nationalist movement via strong leverage.
