This thread is why the entire Trump presidency is exhausting.

Because the whole of the DC swamp (D,R,and bureaucrats) are against him.

That is a plus in my book. F all those parasites.

He knows.

Whether things are set right is unfortunately a legit argument in this current clown world.

Yeah - I posted this earlier in another thread - that I can’t wait for SCOTUS to rule PRA supersedes the statute in the indictment (espionage act).
So the law from 50 years ago that makes presidential records official property of the United States government, is going to supercede a law from 100 years ago that makes certain use of certain types of government records illegal?

Seems like quite a fascinating legal strategy that makes absolutely no sense.

With all the analysis, drama, and attention around this...how in the world will they find jury members that have no opinion??

Benefits Trump's team in finding at least one solid south Floridian that all they have to do is lay on the Castro commie govt persecution comparison for.

How do they intervene prior to this thing playing out? Or can they?

They can’t, but they probably won’t even after it plays out, unless it is for something unrelated to what BobBoucher is arguing, which makes absolutely no sense.

He'll totally drain the swamp and clean up DC this time, right bro? We just need to trust him, bro. Also bro, we need you to buy these Super Special Edition Trump Cards, bro.

I know you are too stupid to comprehend this, but I'll go ahead and try to reach your retarded arse. DJT did so well, and upset the apple cart so much, that a world-wide pandemic had to be released in order to fix an election!

I, and many others, know you as a moron and I do not expect this to sway you, mainly due to the inability to use logic and reason, but you should really just take a jump of faith and admit you are stupid and the people you disagree with, are not.

I'll try a little bit of that logic and reason that you lack, and try to reach those couple of brain cells that you posses. DJT had policies that LOWERED YOUR TAXES, increased the value of your 401K, created RECORD low unemployment, had American companies bringing manufacturing BACK to the United STATES, his diplomacy included NO NEW WARS started and fricking WALKED INTO NORTH KOREA without ANY US PROTECTION!

He was investigated, spied on, prosecuted from the moment he announced his candidacy! The fear from the Left and the establishment was palpable. What has changed? We have a sitting President who has dementia, was taking bribes while VP, and hoarding classified docs at mulitiple places while his crackhead son was out making $50K/month on a foreign oil and gas company board and impregnating strippers!

Accepting the politically motivated prosecutions side of the story in an indictment is silly. It isn’t hard to get an indictment.

Just the response I expected....an imbecile that gives up early because the "debate" is too hard.

Insult, take ball, run home.

It makes more sense that the applicable law is whichever is oldest rather than which is more specific and relevant to the matter?

Lots of people lost their lives so you can sit in your comfy house on the fricking internet. And you are exhausted over dialogue you engage in.

You are the problem.

DB isn’t an idiot, and he never gives up. I don’t agree with him on this issue, but don’t underestimate him. He is pretty damn smart. Smart people can disagree on the validity of this indictment.

Hmmm... 1st impeachment that turned out to be a massive hoax? Second? Phone call? Now here we are with a former President having docs in an extremely secure location all the while the sitting POTUS had much more, in several locations, that he did not have the authority to have, with some in his garage next to his car.

This country is so screwed up. Up is down. Good is bad. And a lot of people don't know what sex they are while standing naked in front of a mirror!

I'm not going anywhere, dipshit. I'm just letting you know that I don't find your opinions useful and I'm not reading your idiotic rants.

If you want to talk shite and insult each other, I'm down. If you want to push your ignorance as something I should consider...well, frick off, retard.

It’s there for exactly what Trump did. And there’s tons of precedent.

With such abuse of power and torturing of words and laws like that, Jack Off Smith and everyone like him needs to get real punishment.
