NBC is mocking potus unfairly.
they headline hes calling for the injection of a disinfectant in cv19 patients.
hes not.
his idea is ill conceived but its not what nbc is pretending.
he noted that ultraviolet light kills cv19.
and from that gets the idea to insert a light into the lung of sick person.
nice try but his idea presupposes that lungs are empty space you can light up, rather than how they are in fact.
minus 10 for nbc
minus 5 for trump.
laugh if you will but at least he was trying.

I'm not sure he was even as off-base as you suggest. I took it as he was suggesting bringing the patients out into the sunshine. No question his words could be better.

Trump did mention injecting bleach or isopropyl alcohol is something the guy could look in to. He did follow it all up by saying they're just ideas and he's not a doctor though. But my first thought was still that the media was going to run with it even though it's completely inconsequential.

After commenting about UV light his exact words "and then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute and is there a way we can do something like by injection"
I have no idea what disinfectant he was talking about it. Maybe he was just talking out of his arse or it's something else we dont know about it but it was weird.

Hitting the body with a tremendous ultraviolet or otherwise powerful light and bringing the light inside the body which we can do either through the skin or some other way, that all just means go outside into the sun. Phenomenal.
