Your questions are irrelevant. If I ask you why are there lizard people…would you entertain that irrelevant idiocy with a response?

Projection, my friend. I have the receipts. You want me to post them?
Please do.

Wrong. What you “point out” is completely irrelevant to the legal proceedings.

Sure, I have nothing to hide. Why are there lizard people? I haven't a clue. I wasn't aware there were.

See how easy that is.

It is my understanding that part of their job is to DE-ESCALATE the situation. They, in fact, ESCALATED the situation by rushing her car and trying to pull her out. The two officers complicated the situation by giving her conflicting orders. One told her to drive away while the other grabbed her door handle to yank her out.

They escalated the situation, rather than de-escalating the situation.

She would have made her objective if the tires don't spin.

Period

Ok. Good. Agreed. I haven’t a clue why she did what she did. We good?

Yes, of these simple questions. I'll post them again.
I'll play.

(1) I do NOT think that she intended to hit him. I doubt that she even noticed him.

(2) I don't think that she "backed up" to avoid him. When she put the vehicle into reverse, he was not even in front of the vehicle yet, as I recall. I think that he was forward of the vehicle, but slightly to the right (from the driver's perspective), as he was circling and filming the vehicle. He moved across the front of the vehicle as it was backing-up and then as it was (briefly) stopped after doing so.

Why did she "back up?" Purely an inference on my part, but I think she was just trying to position the vehicle such that she would not cross into the oncoming traffic lane (left side, from driver's perspective) when she pulled into the right lane to drive away.

(3) Again, I don't think she planned to hit the agent, so I dont' think she was trying to "accomplish" anything.

Why didn't you include the entire quote? Why didn't you include the context to that quote?

You are a very disingenuous person. You should feel bad. But then again, you'd have to have a conscience in order to do that.

That’s non-responsive to my question. You’re big on people answering your questions right? I will restate mine:

Ridiculous

She’s looking right at him, even while backing up she’s looking right at him. She puts it in gear and accelerates towards him all while looking right at him.

Only after hitting him does the car begin to turn.

If you want to say she didn’t intent to kill him then you would probably be right but we’ll never know.

Sound analysis.

Not sure why the other posters spent so much time and energy avoiding these simple questions.

You provide the context that would change the effect of what you said. Use the exact quotes. You can’t use the “context” defense for a statement you continually deny you made. If you can, prove it. You won’t

quote:

Prove it. I showed my receipts. Show yours. You won’t. And your failure to do so will prove me correct.

By the way. I don’t think you’re a bad person. You’re just not a very smart person.

I think you are mistaken, though his video does not show where she is looking at all times.

When that video first shows her through the windshield, she is looking out the driver-side window. We then see her turning both her head and the steering wheel to her right (camera left). We never see her look back in the direction of the agent, as I recall.

Yes, her eyes would have crossed the agent for a fraction of a second. Yes, someone produced a vidcap of the fraction of a second that she was looking straight forward.

But (again) I just dont' think she was paying attention and just did not register that he was there, because she was focused on the guy attempting to reach into the cab and then upon preparing to drive away. Franklly, if she saw him (and it registered) I think that her head would have STOPPED moving to her right.

You can certainly interpret the video differently.

Cheers.
