So escalating the incident isn't a factor?

Of course it is.
Had the officer acted properly, the situation never would have escalated.

What actions were improper and can you please cite the manual or law that supports your allegation?

Of course it is. She was stationary and they told her to get out of the vehicle. She escalated the situation by ignoring the lawful commands and putting the vehicle in drive.
Because they rushed the car and grabbed the door handle to yank her out.
Had they acted like human beings instead of animals the situation would have never escalated.

One more thing, and I haven't been able to confirm this, but I've seen people claim that the one officer told her to drive off while the other grabbed for her door handle. Conflicting lawful commands?

her blood is on your hands for brainwashing her into thinking she should impede officers day to day work while ignoring their commands and then try and run over them with her vehicle.

Thanks, I needed a good laugh today.

I'm going to keep this conversation going only to find out at what page you lunatics are going to accuse me of actually pulling the trigger.

Was she the one that was burning the toddlers with cigarettes, or was it the dead one?
Neither.

There is absolutly NO RECORD of any such allegation against either of them. This is yet another instance of the mindless mob seeing something tweeted by some dumbass and then repeating it ad nauseum.

Both are true statements.

And both statements are utterly irrelevant to the question of whether the agent was reasonable in believing that the use of deadly force was necessary to prevent loss of life or serious bodily injury.

Maybe if they had asked her instead of rushing her car and trying to yank her out, she would have.

Looking forward to the Ken Burns documentary on this where the ICE agent was actually wearing a full Hugo Boss outfit with all the fixins and the driver is actually a descendent of Sam Adam’s therefore justifying her actions

The officer had a legit reason to detain her. She would be alive if she didn’t unlawfully resist/escalate.

They told her to drive. When she didn’t, they told her to get out. That’s 2 points of escalation on HER.
