Wrong. If he reasonably believed he or anyone else was in imminent danger it is justified. There is so much case law on this in every state.

Interesting. He's clearly out of the way. Why did he leaned so far forward and put his hand on the hood. Did he think he was going to stop a moving vehicle?
He wasn't out of the way. My guess is that he leaned forward to get a closer shot.

Of course it is. She was stationary and they told her to get out of the vehicle. She escalated the situation by ignoring the lawful commands and putting the vehicle in drive.
