I like your thoughts but your conclusion has many errors. The deep state is both blue and red. The deep state never wants to see a super majority by either side. Keeping slight majorities makes it cheaper for them to influence legislation.

He who counts the votes wins, not he who donates the most money.
The most important thing that needed to be accomplished was to fix the voting fraud and everything else falls into place.
But that didn’t happen and we are just an election or two from it all being undone.

Well sure, they may be red until the money is flashed in front of them.
Bottom line is the deep states biggest fear is for either party (especially red) to have a super majority. If the blue ever had a super majority they would sink the nation and economy. If the red ever had a super majority the would cut the deep state out like a cancer. They need an equal/balanced check and balance system to keep control. That has been obvious since the 50s.
