You are smashing fools. There’s no doubt about that.

Well, I did take the word of the property owner who had the video. If you can think of a reason for him to lie, I’m all ears.
Do you have a link to the property owner saying there was no theft? Either way. The real story will soon come to light. I apologize if I don't let my opinions be formed by the media.

The owner of the under-construction home, who is listed as a victim in the police incident report, said his surveillance system captured at least four short clips of a man who appeared to be Arbery "coming onto his property" February 23. He declined to share them with CNN and spoke on the condition of anonymity because he says he's been receiving death threats.
The man walked by the garage and down to a dock on the Little Satilla River, the motion-triggered cameras show, according to the homeowner. Asked whether they showed the man stealing or committing any other crime, he said they show him "trespassing."

You don’t have to apologize for that. I mean you will eventually allow the media to make up your mind to some degree because you won’t have any facts without them.

quote:The DA flat out lied about the video in that completely unnecessary and illegitimate (since he refused himself) letter that was written as if he was their defense attorney. I suspect he’s looking at an investigation himself.
The DA disagrees and he’s privy to much more information than we are.

In what fantasy land does grabbing the firearm of an arresting office not going to result in a dead or injured civilian?
My point is that if they get to assume the responsibility of an LEO then they don’t get to shirk the responsibilities and accountability when they perform their duties poorly and kill someone as a result.

Seems you’re mad Georgia gave citizens this authority.
Take it up with the legislature

So you are saying the what the style guide says is a direct quotation from the person involved is not correct?

I’ve walked through nearly every house that was being built in my neighborhood. When we moved in after building ours, nearly every new neighbor we met knew what our interior looked like and commented on our choices. No one was shot.

We are really downgrading the meaning of the word thug.
The article I read from the Atlanta Journal said the criminal justice system was familiar with this family. Regarding this incident the prosecutor said Arbery initiated an attempted assault on the son. There was a third party friend doing video of the incident. That video was turned over to law enforcement and made available to the public. So why in the world would these guys video this incident if they intended on doing an "on-site execution?"
Okay you bleeding heart libtards out there you need to understand where we white folk are coming from. I live in unincorporated suburb of a major city. Because of this flimsy Covid-19 excuse Democrats are emptying the jails of thugs like Armaud Arbery. The frist thing these cockroaches do is head to the suburbs, where they murder, rape, and plunder. Hell we had a package delivery guy murdered in our area as he was going about delivering packages. They robbed him in his truck, then shot and killed the poor man. The HOA had to request sheriff patrols to accompany package delivery. Violent crime in the unincorporated suburbs where I live has increased 66%.
The police and sheriffs departments are overwhelmed with crime. Response time is ridiculous. I heard of one incident where Ahmaud Albery wannabees came from the inner city and were breaking into cars in this suburb near me. The local police apprehended the thieves then called the police department in the city where these cockroaches came from. You know to ask what do with the maggots. The City Police told them to release the thieves. So they released them. Can't put them back in jail.........Covid-19.
Cry racism all you want soy boi. We will protect and defend our neighborhoods and our families. We can sort out all that other stuff later.
Good day.

The police at the scene went to her (the DA), saying they were ready to arrest both of them. These were the police at the scene who had done the investigation,” Commissioner Allen Booker, who has spoken with Glynn County police, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “She shut them down to protect her friend McMichael.” Greg McMichael, now retired, once worked as an investigator in Johnson’s office.
Commissioner Peter Murphy, who also said he spoke directly to Glynn County police about the incident, said officers at the scene concluded they had probable cause to make arrests and contacted Johnson’s office to inform the prosecutor of their decision.

you won't do shite you fat pussy. Your culture of trailer trash is dying out far faster than you can go on vigilante murder sprees. You're already pushed to the fringes while the rest of us advance. This is your death rattle.

We already know that Arbery lived on the other side of this road, near a dead-end east of the interstate. We know that he jogged regularly down the street he lived on, Fancy Bluff, which apparently turns into Satilla past US-17. And we know he made multiple appearances in the neighborhood, on foot, and no single stolen good has been found associated with Arbery. There are much more likely conclusions than him being involved with any theft, as it beggars belief that someone would continue to jog past houses that he previously robbed.

Prosecution will file a pretrial motion to exclude any reference to any alleged crimes or activities by the deceased prior to the date in question and/or exclude any reference to any alleged crimes or activities for which the defendants had no immediate knowledge.
Main argument will surround meaning of "immediate". The plain meaning of the word entails (1) something with no intervening passage of time, and/or (2) having a direct bearing on, or very close in relationship.
IMO the judge in the matter will quite possibly then end up excluding any alleged acts on any date other than the date in question. That would result in their having no leg to stand on other than they armed themselves and chased down a "suspicious person". Not a pleasant thought for the dad and his boy.
