I kind of support this strike.

You got to be kidding...

Might as well go back to masks and quarantines. 90% of US manufacturing will grind to a halt in a week because they cannot get materizls or move them to storage or market. Our economy is already too fragile to withstand an output freeze for any length.
Add to that food shortages that will get worse.

If Biden had a spine he would declare a national emergency and force the parties to binding arbitration.

At this point Biden can't really do shite.

Congress has to force an extension.

They've been negotiating for 3 years, there is nothing new here. If they strike congress will order them back to work just like before and negotiations will continue until they reach an agreement, this is just a never let a crisis go to waste moment for the Dems and MSM.

Ports are backed up for months, airline industry completely F’d, government is subsidizing EV tech even though our grid can not even begin to handle it, and now class I railroads are going on strike…. It’s almost like our transportation sec only qualification for the job was that he plays the meat flute

You've got a lot of faith in "You'll do what you're told"

If the "binding" arbitration goes against the workers they'll simply start calling in sick and conducting very small acts of sabotage that will grind the rails to a halt

You may hate them, but they have power that has to be respected. If they don't move, this country does not move.

When you consider the typical fast food worker was making under $10/hour prior to COVID19 and now they average $15/hour you can see why unions want their 30% pay raise. Same with warehouse workers...$13/hour before COVID19 and now many warehouses are offering starting wages at over $20/hour.

Unions know the White House is weak, just like the World knows; you can see the chaos…. Stolen elections have consequences

SIAP but th eDemocrats efforts to kill pipelines has led to an enormous amount of our crude oil being carried by trains. A railroad strike could cripple the energy sector.
