This cheapens things in the most retarded way possible. You're suggesting that the only fault of these presidents was their successors. GWB did significantly more long term damage to the country than either Clinton or Obama.

i read that h w bush had an agreement that if he beat lloyd bentsen in the 1970 texas senate race he would replace spiro agnew on nixon's 1972 ticket. he lost. he was vp to reagan and then reagan was shot by hinkley who's family were close friends to the bushes. all of this in the book bush, family of secrets.
