So...they're retarded.

Dobbs did NOTHING to their individual states laws on abortion.

Nothing.

The only reason this isn’t a big red wave is because many Republicans have totally lost their minds, making themselves unelectable by many who have historically voted for sane GOP candidates.

Your "argument" requires the assumption that abortion was never a right, which, is retarded.

The Supreme Court is Dim. Why do you think they ruled on abortion the way they did? Set up perfectly.

For 40 years both disagreed with you.

Voters are reacting to the policy shift of the USSC. The GOP is suffering bigly.

Abortion is a losing issue for the GOP.

They also let people own slaves for a while too. Precedent doesn’t create anything - especially if it’s bad precedent …. which Roe most certainly was.

No. Fox polling of the electorate has 72% of respondents saying racism is a big issue in the country but only 10% said abortion was a big deal to them.

The timing of the decision was certainly not ideal. However, the biggest issue was candidate quality, or lack there of.

Lesson learned: Look at how propped these losing candidates up and endorsed them from the start and tune those people out.

Forget it.

He thinks whatever the SCOTUS says = constituonal, regardless of what the document says. Essentially, if the SCOTUS were to determine the 13th Amendment was invalid, slavery would be constitutional - regardless of how ridiculously retarded it would be under the actual document.

Basically, a lot of people can’t even answer simple geography questions about this country. The court fricked with something that is a sure fire one issue vote decision for a lot of people. It fired that group up, no logic or reasoning fixes that. That cost a lot of votes for R.
