I heard that and I think it was an appeal to the masses tired of Globo Homo. No way that makes it past focus group and 1000 marketing meetings without it being intentional. I’m sure every word of script is scrutinized and PRIDE is one of the most powerful words in American lexicon today.

Yeah…nothing screams AMERICA more than a car brand owned by a foreign company whose headquarters are in the Netherlands driven my a rich lefty.

Harrison Ford is a pretty dye in the wool liberal. I wouldn't give the guy a cookie for a quote probably written by a publicist to get people to show up to his new movie (which he admits he did for the paycheck)
