I haven't read the original thread, but my first question in response to this thread would be how did the student body president criticize the article? Simply disagreeing with the article wouldn't be grounds for impeachment.
Looks like his effort to defund the entire school newspaper for one outrageous article came into play, but seems like more of a dick move than an impeachable offense.
Perhaps his "offensive and racist" social media posts also came into play? And one can't discount the fact that if neo-Nazi pamphlets and placards are being distributed on campus, and minority students feel treated, it's just bad optics to threaten to shut down the campus newspaper over an outrageous article written by a minority.

Stories like this make me want to move to Montana. What do people seriously think will happen when we beat victimhood into the heads of minorities who eventually will be the majority in huge swaths of the country?
