How many arrests did the LSP and the NG make? Are you claiming NOPD made zero arrests?
The LSP has had a presence in the FQ since forever. Landry isn’t responsible for that. Same with the NG. The NG is in and out of NO for special events and weather events constantly and has been my entire life.
Landry inherited a safer New Orleans and decided to waste taxpayer money on an unnecessary deployment to attempt to take credit for the safer city he inherited.

If you surround yourself with land mines (sensitivity) it’s no surprise someone’s going to step on one

They did a great job stopping your ilk from killing several innocent people on NYE a couple years ago.
I still laugh at you defending the chief of police, even after she got on TV and openly admitted they fricked up by not putting out the barricades that they had access to the entire time. She even admitted, while laughing, that she didn't know they had these, and you still defended it. Even showed us how they worked too, while the media applauded her ignorance.
You really make this too easy.
Ok, now I'm done stooping to the level of an absolute vile person. I promised I would never do it again, but alas, I got bored.
Have a good weekend politards, and remember, if you feed the sociopath like I did, it will keep coming back to the trough.

It would be nice if some of the people accusing me of being emotional would respond with any substance at all.

Because the SFP persona is not allowed to currently play. It's lashing out and losing its shite.

Not saying that you surround yourself with land mines

Why is Moreno thanking the national guard if it was useless? Explain

Because Landry forced these Louisiana citizens to be away from their families to feed his ego?
I said it was unnecessary. You are calling it useless. You can explain your own reasoning for that.

Is murder the only relevant crime in New Orleans?
Posted on 8/23/26 at 7:52 am to NIH
Is that your claim? I didn’t mention murder at all in this thread. Or did you reply to the wrong person?

We are not talking about bad behavior. She made a tweet praising the National Guard. That's bad behavior?
When was the last time Trump praised his enemies? Landry?

Different day same old cubbies.

No, and to be fair, I’m talking about what I see democrats post on Twitter. I don’t think the primary purpose of the NG/state police are solving murder cases. If they deter crime in high value/tourist areas, that’s a win.
I can say from my own trips to New Orleans since Covid that the state police are far more visible downtown than NOPD.

Stop. You’re making sense. That’s not allowed here.

Well I live here and I see NOPD daily. I only frequent a few places in the quarter and haven’t noticed the LSP but I know they are there. Probably on Bourbon Street, which I don’t visit.

NOPD has less officers than in the years after Katrina with a fraction of the population. It needs all the help it can get.

The National Guard is her enemy.
No wonder that she didn’t want them there.

New Orleans Democrat run government is rude, lacks basic social skills and good manners, and is also corrupt but will blame everyone else for their failure to be able to manage basic governmental responsibilities like funding a budget or staffing a police department. Never change New Orleans.
