I was responding to your word usage. Feel free to define it.

If they're paying 7 figures in taxes that would be wealthy.

Too bad the spending cut bill won't get through the Senate.

Democrats don’t want the rich to actually pay more taxes . They want business to pay more taxes and pass it down to us . That way they hurt the middle class while claiming to make the rich pay more.

America doesn’t have a revenue problem, … it has a severe spending problem. And that is where the corruption resides.

It's not just corruption. A lot of it is due to the culture of govt workers. The natural inclination is to do as little work as possible. There is resistance to any innovation to increase efficiency because you're gonna have to learn something new. You have no fear of being fired hanging over your head as you would in a competitive free market environment. So, when their work is shitty they claim they need more people and larger budgets.

You mean the word used in the OP? This thread is about "taxing the rich." Do you even know the subject matter of the thread you're in?

When your party leader is criticizing actual conservatives, maybe its time you do some self evaluation.

When the "actual conservatives" are opposing spending cuts they'll never see again in their lifetimes, they're the ones who need to do the evaluation.

You made a claim regarding “the rich.” How did you define it? Or did you use a word you can’t define? I responded to your post. Do you not know how forums work?

Thjey arent opposing cuts, genius. They are opposing more debt which this "bill" provides.

If you were a conservative you wouldnt struggle with this

My wife spends $200 less at Target and spends $400 more at Nordstrom Rack.

That’s not how taxes and the economy work in reality. Your description is simplistic…

I'm a CPA. I know what "the rich" means when it comes to the tax code.

Do you?

Yes they are. They are opposing cuts. Tax cuts and spending cuts, both. They're opposing all of the cuts in the bill.

Interesting. You think Bernie supports this bill? How, exactly, is cutting taxes and spending in line with Bernie's ideology?

You think Bernie wants the Trump tax cuts to be permanent?

Does he also support cutting entitlement benefits to illegal aliens and adding work requirements to Medicaid? What part of this bill aligns with Bernie's ideology in any way?

Seriously, which parts of this bill do you think Bernie Sanders would support?

If Biden were POTUS, absolutely.

Bernie is an MMT guy, just like Trump.

Oh yeah? Which parts, specifically, would Bernie support?
