Well I can tell you what is happening next.....separation of the kids from the parents.
I was watching some of the testimony and a MN administrator said these Somalians, more are citizens than refugees. I looked it up............those frikers been breeding like rabbits and there are a lot of anchor babies.
I know they go home with the parent, that used to be standard issue, they were then free to come back when they were 18. But you see, if the child goes home they stop collecting all the benes, so they will argue to keep them all here, being how its cruel and such.
Watch and see that was the lower courts ruling on the haitians.
What ever happened to the law is the law and not "interpreted" to suit political interests. The executive branch put it in place, the executive branch can decide not to continue it.

Here is the crux. The word Temporary. People given this status are encouraged to apply for citizenship if they are seeking asylum.
The ones who really want to be Americans do. Others not so much because the status kept getting kicked down the road. The previous administration also ended the one for Haitians. They tried to kick Trump with their deportations but the stay from Biden administration was ending by a judge during Trump’s.
