Duh everyone expected this.

The question is can you complete the regime change which is the main goal.

All of this fancy bombing means nothing without the regime change, it would be a failure

I did not vote for this, but Trump is doing it anyways and doing a very successful job at showing the US' might.

This place is retarded today.

The couple Iranians I know from LSU are partying like they just won the superbowl.

Iran was an ally to the US before the Islamist deposed a 2,500 year old monarchy that was friendly to western values, imposed sharia law, and oppressed the people. If you don’t think helping to right that wrong benefits the US then I guess you’ve missed the last half century of middle east politics.

I voted for no new wars and I got Iraq 2.0

Bombing does not = New War

This is not Iraq 2.0. Perhaps you should wait longer than 36 hours to make definitive statements about something you clearly know nothing about..

Were we at war with Iran last summer too?

Can’t necessarily agree with that. The status quo that had been built around and for the previous top level individuals is those highest positions of leadership (dictatorship) was years and years in the making. No matter anything else, that status quo (again, years and years in the making, built/tailored in that lengthy period for and to the previously mentioned individuals who no longer exist) has been destroyed and will not be easily replaced or “fixed” any time soon, if ever.

The US has adopted a proactive stance ever since getting ambushed all over the Pacific by Japan in 1941. We take the fight to the enemies before it comes to us now.

The American government was well aware of what the Japanese were up to, and even provoked them with sanctions and cutting off their oil supply. Roosevelt wanted to get into the war, and Churchill wanted us in. “Taking the fight to enemies before it comes to us” is another way of saying preemptive, undeclared war. Which the U.S. has not won a war since WWII, keep in mind, because they have all been preemptive, undeclared wars.

It’s really crazy to see this stuff live as it’s happening. We’ve never had this level of access in the history of mankind.

That was an impressive melt.

That your moronic diatribe was also incorrect is lagniappe.
