It is clear Dem leadership and their judges are waging war on the citizenry, especially if they find out victims are one of their political enemies.
I'm convinced at this point that Dem voters want high crime and chaos. These judges want these foot soldiers out on the streets terrorizing us.

Even if they murdered the guy, she would've still given probation. Woke in power give free passes to black thugs. It's why you see so many of them with dozens of arrests, multiple felonies...and almost no jail time.
