He probably should have encouraged residents to seek shelter out of town at the outset of this disaster. It was pretty obvious that it was going to last a while, and he knew that.
If he did that first, then said something about taking his family somewhere instead of sneaking off he might have been able to enjoy the vacation he clearly paid for.

Yeah, with Cuomo killing the elderly and lying about it and Biden spouting racism, hate for LEO and soldiers, and refusing to condemn human rights abuses by China, you guys sure pick winners.
Hell, you guys cried for years that Trump wouldn't condemn white supremacy even though he had done so numerous times. Now you have Biden specifically naming the abuses he knows China is committing and then saying he will not speak out against it and that it is just part of cultural norms in China.
