Jeebus

Now it’s not enough for these dirtbags that you wear their magic face diaper

It has to be an approved image on the face diaper or we’ll all die of Covid

And this board continues to show it’s full of people who love to slam teachers without using an ounce of critical thinking skills. This is in Northern California, people like that exist in every profession there. Teachers aren’t just some huge liberal group across the country. The profession falls maybe slightly more to the left overall but barely more than the average occupational field. If you live in a conservative area 95% of teachers are conservative, if you live in a liberal area it’s the opposite. It’s really that simple. I have taught exclusively in conservative areas or at least parishes that consistently vote Republican in state wide elections. I might have had like 5 liberal/left leaning coworkers out of all the teachers I’ve worked with. Of those maybe 1-2 I would call the activist type and even they would never have done anything like this. “Attack on police happens in very liberal area” sums up this incident. Trying to attack teachers as a whole makes you as bad as these nut job activist types.

At some point we need to stop calling them teachers. They aren't teaching anything

Teachers wonder why they don’t get any respect. I point them towards the crazies shown here

This is an ignorant comment that shows a complete inability of use context. A substitute teacher teacher in arguably the most liberal
section of the country did something crazy so let’s attribute those same characteristics to teachers everywhere. Guess what I heard a construction worker in Seattle said something bad about trump, what a liberal cesspool all construction workers come from am I right?

If that dude had any brains he would have a real full time job somewhere. A better solution is doing away with masks. Then the class could focus on reading, writing and arithmetic instead of germy face diapers.

Bad apples in every profession. As an educator, I hate when I see a substitute teacher do something stupid and it was actually a teacher. 00% of substitutes do not have degrees and aren't dealing with the everyday issues of compassion and counseling of students we deal with. I am in Louisiana and can tell you that probably more than 90% of teachers were pushing to go back to school during Covid. Not all of us are like the groups in Chicago!!

"Not all of us are in Chicago". No, But the 100,000's of those in L.A., Atlanta, Virg, N.O. N.J. Detroit, Philly, Oregon, Wash. etc etc etc. unions' are flaming libs who contribute millions to the Democratic party. There are many many good teachers. They don't run the unions, however.

Yeah. And, honestly, I'm no fan of the whole "thin blue line" language and ideology anyway.

Look. I know police have a challenging job. And, the entire, and I mean ENTIRE "police just want to kill blacks" meme is utter bullshite.

But what is NOT bullshite is the fact that there is a LOT of corruption in police departments and a LOT of abuse of power around the nation. And, sadly, this is coupled with an organizational culture that is way too much "us against them".

I'm tired of the reality that in high profiles cases where the officers REALLY did something wrong, it basically never comes out absent video and, when the video shows up, there's 5 other cops there watching the bullshite happen who then, later kept their traps fricking shut.

That's a real problem. Yet, we can't address it because the only thing liberals want to do is address "cops killing black people"

It’s not just this one teacher. There’s a lot of them. But it’s not just this.
Teachers are one of the most vocal professions (unions) that never stops whining. They choose that career just like the rest of us but act like saints who fall on swords for the betterment of society.
I’m tired of it. Just do your damn job or quit.
