"Under the 2010 Equality Act, it is unlawful for school to treat pupils less favourably because of gender reassignment.

A pupil will not necessarily be undertaking medical procedure to change their sex in order to be protected by the Act, but they must be taking steps to live in the opposite gender, or proposing to do so. But Ms Green said that many schools do not fully understand their obligations under the Act.

“Transgender and non-binary children are covered by the gender reassignment clause in this act, from the moment that they disclose that they feel that they are in the wrong body for their gender,” she said.

She said that the teacher and school’s management ignored three months of pleas from the transgender child and their parents and dismissed their requests, until she was informed by police that her actions constituted a hate crime.

“The parents and the young person communicated to the teacher directly that they were misgendering, that this was not appropriate and that they needed to change the way they were addressing the child,” Ms Green said."


I actually don't really care for the PC movement that much but this does actually sound like a hate crime because it went on for months and the teacher refused to treat the person how they asked to be treated.

So if a schizophrenic demands to be addressed and treated as if they are the Emperor of France, and you refuse to bow down in their presence and call them Your Highness, is that a hate crime too?

It's a perfect analogy. If I believe I am an alien from the planet Sibrinius, I will expect everyone to treat me as such. That's how I identify! To deny me this right and privilege is clearly a hate crime.

It's a fantastic analogy. Same goes for a person getting surgery to add cat ears to their head. That doesn't make them a feline either and we should not refer to that person as a cat.

Yes and forcing people to do or think what they know with every fiber of their being is wrong or not true is a form of psychological torture that can and will cause mental damage.

It is amazing to see a group of people that call themselves 'compassionate', 'progressive', and 'enlightened', endorse this kind of savagery.

So a male can actually become a female and bear children? Because if not, then what they’re really doing is playing a very elaborate and self-destructive game of pretend.
