what has this world come to when you can no longer voice your political opinions without fear of being assaulted 
and it just keeps getting worse from the left, I fear when the 'truth' drops on some of these left, they will go even MORE insane, if that is even possible

and I do not doubt that this dude checked out that he was by far larger than anyone at this rally. I can tell you that if that happens to my mom/wife while i am there, he will have a fight. he may win, but he will have to earn it. that whole scene is chickensh!t.

How much of a failed grasp of perspective must one have to do this? Whatever you do, don't say that you can see violence over this kind of stuff in our future. The resident leftists will be on you like flies on shite, talking about how you fanaticize about civil war, and are a gun nut who just wants to shoot people.
The sane out there know that there is no possible peaceful transition from a world where cowardly shite like this is not only acceptable, but encouraged, back to one where people can disagree, but accept each other's right to hold their own opinion.

Unfortunately with SJW mobs, group thought, and the use of certain racial groups as proxies for political gain, many find it safer personally and professionally to keep their real view to themselves.
