I wasn’t playing word games. You’re playing words games. Nobody else was distinguishing danger vs danger of death or serious injury.
To the board: I apologize if I was unclear. I meant danger of death or serious injury.

Fair enough
We want justice for her murder.
We want justice for her murder.

Was Babbitt attempting to trespass by entering that door, yes, should she have been arrested for it, probably, was lethal force warranted for it, not even remotely.
When will we have a Congressional investigation of the “insurrection” of October 2018?

This may be the most trite-yet-concise summation of liberal retardation I've read on this board in 2021.
Lets go back to the tape.

tried to overthrow the government.
Please, for the love of all that is sacred and just under our republic, explain to us how anything Ashli Babbitt could have done would have worked to "overthrow the government."
You know, assuming she had reached the ground alive.

Get some more people to rescue you from your shitty argument. You need more help.

Did the person that committed homicide on AB know there were cops outside?
Lol
Just dozens and dozens.

can we cut the Q anon shite about the leftist agitators? We all know that has never been proven and is a flat out lie.
It's impossible to have a civil discussion about Jan 6th when you are operating from your own set of "facts" that are just falsehoods.

It would certainly indicate the person inside was not acting with a reasonable belief of imminent danger.
Maybe you are confused about the word “imminent”?
Or just how difficult the process of getting through a massive barricaded wooden door is.
And do you think killing a person in an angry mob would make the mob more or less angry, thereby increasing your risk of danger?

How’s that working out for the McCloskys?
Ask the family of Jake Gardner. He killed a BLM thug last summer who attacked him, was cleared by the Omaha DA and was then indicted by a black special prosecutor after agitation from the leftist mob. He killed himself soon after. These people are absolute scum.

I didn't speak to his argument one way or the other but your vast generalizations speak to what a petulant child you are. So, grow the frick up.

There were also other cops inside not shooting the person. There's absolutely nothing that indicates this was a good shoot from what I've seen.

We're mocking the double standard. There is no arguing with it. It exists.
I have stated on this forum repeatedly that fighting to reclaim the Potomac Swamp is the ultimate exercise in the fallacy of sunken costs. Washington D.C. can no more be reformed than a malignant cancer.
With that said, the abuses inflicted upon us daily by the Feral Government of the United States makes the complaints of the Colonists appear to be a mere pittance. As wrongheaded as I believe the Capitol rioters to have been, at least they were righty taking their complaints to the wellspring of our collective misery: the putrid cesspool in Washington D.C.

Mickey- I don't think you've misstated the law, necessarily, but you've glossed over the analysis of the facts in accordance with the law. The operative words in any justifiable homicide is reasonable belief coupled with the concept that lethal force is a measure of last resort.
Is it more reasonable to give a verbal command to halt before using deadly force or not? The facts in this situation seem to lead to that conclusion that it was more reasonable for the shooter to shout at Ms. Babbitt vs. shooting her vs. lurking in the shadow to ambush her upon crossing Pelosi's subjective red line.
Otherwise, why weren't more bullets fired that day?
Why was the Q-Shaman escorted into the most hallowed place of the capital to say prayers by a capital police officer?
Why did numerous officers allow & wave the protesters into the capital that day?
Why did the capital police tell the violent mob they could come in if they remained peaceful?
AND WHY THE EVER LIVING *&*^ was there a SWAT patrol with the alleged violent inch erectionists?!?
