Robin Masters thinks she should have been able to walk right up to Mike Pence and give him a noogie until he committed to not certifying the electors.

This is what happens when you worship the state. It's why they spout the narrative that Jan 6 is the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War. They believe that politicians being afraid is worse than the little people over whom they rule being killed.

You call everything I say a lie. Even when you’re 100% wrong.

And you’re a lawyer. So you know it’s not equal. But you posted it anyway. Because, you know, you’re a liar.

There was no imminent danger. They had the door blocked. He fired at her through the window. The law doesn’t provide a safe harbor because you are a giant gash afraid of your shadow.

So when your house is getting overrun by a mob, make sure you actually wait until the person coming through the window is completely inside your house and shows you their weapon before doing anything.

At minimum someone needs to explain how she was shot standing next to two armed policeman. Did the shooter believe the cops were in on it. Has her family not filed a law suit? Is there literally no investigation of any kind? I don’t get it really. I also still don’t know what the damage was during the day. She died and a cop died of something else unrelated. Did anyone else die? Did anyone else get injured?

They have. They will get less money than the piece of shite Breonna Taylor’s family got.

They’ll be lucky to survive the motion to dismiss based on today’s absurdly broad doctrine of qualified immunity.

How’s that working out for the McCloskys? Keep in mind they didn’t even shoot anyone.

Jesus seriously? I apologize for not spelling out the entire thing. Let me correct myself. I meant imminent danger…of death or serious injury.

And you call me disingenuous…

Seeing you guys abandon “play stupid games, win stupid prizes” on Ashley Babbitt just because her politics matched yours has been one of the highlights of Poli Board hypocrisy

And highlighting the MSM & Political Establishment’s double standard as it pertains to the Black Marxist Lives Matter “protesters” and the Capitol “rioters” simply because of their respective political orientation is likewise an exercise in exposing hypocrisy.

There’s a big difference between danger and imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury.

And in this case, it’s exactly the difference between what happened and what you’re pretending happened.

Don’t play fricking word games and get pissed when you’re caught.

What if there are three cops outside not shooting the person?
