We've known that for a week now. What they don't have is the software, or the ability to use it. They would have to rely on help from Pakistan to do that. Pakistan will help them eventually, but I'm not sold they will with so many eyes on them right now.

This is by far the biggest frickup in Presidential history. Not only will we pay for it now, but will for many years to come.

I think we are very soon to see the transfer of complete control of the airport to the Taliban. That includes the "Military" side that Coalition forces were operating.
This would likely mark the end of evac flights.
ETA: By "soon" I mean within hours.
