Truth be told, that shite was likely kept under lock and key by the Afghan Army higher ups, the ones who cut the deals not to fight. Troops you see forming up in the North are those who fled because they were given little option. They were sold out by their commanders.

This means the UK is very close to closing up shop in Kabul and leaving the Americans to frick up the evacuation even more.
