That was terrible, but no. This will make sure no one wants to ally with us, likely thousands of American civilians will be killed, and will directly lead to the fall of Taiwan.

What's everyone's thoughts on Milley? I'm 90% sure everyone dislikes the guy.

As an outsider, I don't know how to objectively evaluate his job performance when you obviously have an administration that is continuously political with every decision.

NH Local News Station

Video at link that shows photos and video of their experience, as well as pics of one of their injuries from being beaten.

They are, evidently, Afghan/American citizens. The Taliban denied them entry to the airport.

A member of the family said they left the airport in Kabul because they felt it was becoming too dangerous, being stuck between the Taliban and military troops.

Lately, it seems as all the flag officers are backstabbing politicians. Cant trust any of them or have no idea which ones to trust.

They all want to be politicians.

He bailed out Sec. of Defense on a regular basis today, IMO. I think he is just strapped. The dude probably has had one of the hardest tenure of Chief of Staff history.

The guy is more focused on teaching his soldiers that they’re a bunch of racists rather than training them to save American lives.

I haven’t been able to follow this as closely as O would have liked today but that is BY FAR the highest estimate I’ve heard. Is that accurate?

Do you know how when you fall into a pile of shite and come out with shite all over you? You know how it isn't entirely your fault that the fall into the pile of shite happened, but you're still covered in shite, nonetheless?

Maybe so, but when that Iranian frick head tried to come at the embassy in Iraq it didn’t end well for him or the people that had to pick up the pieces of his exploded carcass off the ground.

I’ve got to be honest, I’ve never experienced this.

Chairman of Joint Chief of Staff doesn't set policy but just advises the President. I'm pretty sure this dude can't even give orders to commanding officers. I believe that comes from Sec. of Defense who is political. No?

I wish the biden administration was banished to a pit full of dirty dicks and the only way for them to get out would be to suck every dick.

I’m on my phone so can’t go search for it now but it’s been linked several times in this thread and on the PT. The fact is they have no idea how many are there bc they destroyed all that data when they fled the embassy but the range was 5,000- 40,000.

I have probably read through about 95% of this thread and while the incompetence of “leadership” has been absolutely mind blowing (they seem to keep outdoing themselves), I fear that this thread is very much an echo chamber. The frustrations of this entire fiasco are definitely warranted.

Yes, we follow the news and are very much in tune with what is going on but is the average voter? Sad to say but I’d be willing to bet that most voters have no grasp of the situation there other than the quick soundbites and notifications. TikTok and deciding which wine to drink or which show on Netflix to watch takes priority for way too many people that have a say in deciding who leads during rough times like these.

Thanks to everyone keeping this thread going. It’s been my main hub to stay informed on this horror show. Prayers and divine intervention for all of those involved.

Well, if the media does turn on him that means he's lost Democrat support. They're not independently going to push him out of town.

Anderson Cooper is still staying on the topic right now.

If anything I think it awakened the liberal cucks to how Afghan women are being treated.

You can't push CRT and say white rage is a major military concern, then have this happen.
