systemic racism examples

the only one I know of in the last 50 years was The US federal gov't preferentially providing Farm loans to white farmers, which was remediated by giving 50 grand to every black person that could demonstrate a linkage to farming during that period.
with all the coverage of systemic racism, could folks identify clear examples of systemic racism....

There is no systemic racism, there is plenty of equal opportunity (more than equal if you're a minority). I think what is happening now is that, for whatever reason, equal opportunity hasn't resulted in a more prosperous black communities in the last 50 years. Therefore, there is this equity push to install prosperity where is hasn't been achieved or earned.

Good employees are hard to find. People that show up on time and leave personal shite at the door. People that don’t put off work to check FB or talk to their friends. People that solve more problems than they create. These problems have nothing to do with race.
Most employers don’t care about race if you can speak intelligently and help the company conduct business. Pay comes down to supply and demand. If you want to get work a McDonalds counter for $20/ he then move to the Permian Basin or the Balkan area of North Dakota. There are plenty of people that can do it in down town Atlanta. Will they do it with a smile?
Taking down statues is easy when white flight has left you with a majority. Fixing a school system when you have never seen one near impossible. Which would improve future generations yet where do you see the black community expending their effort.

My kid was entered into a lottery for a seat at a charter school. White people get one entry, others get 7. Seems fair.

The state of Georgia Labor Dept had an aptitude test called the GATB that if a White person, a black person and a hispanic took it and answered every question exactly the same the black person would get a 90, the hispanic a 85 and the White person around a. 78. That's real racism

The "logic" goes like this:
All white people are racist.
White people set up "the system".
Therefore, there is systemic racism.
If you asked someone to give you an example they couldn't then they would say the fact that you are asking makes you racist and oppressive.

All of what you said and particularly this. Andrew Sullivan - a flaming liberal - has a recent post discussing what’s going on, the call to whites you reference. The theme is that people ask him when and why he became such a right winger. His response is he is still a liberal but the left has moved so far left into a successor ideology, he merely appears right wing. What Happened To You?

Jim Crow laws, redlining, higher rate of drug related arrest while having same rate of usage as white communities, things like equally qualified black sounding names not receiving as many callbacks for job interviews as typical white names.
