There is a point where emotional thinking devolves into irrationality and that irrationality can devolve into utter insanity. You surround yourself with enough people facing that extreme emotional thinking and losing rationality and the repetition makes it seem rational. Sydney Powell clearly got caught up in this. The question you should be asking is if you are doing the same.

Ah yes, a clinical study from an autistic ambulance chaser in Lake Charles.

Youve admitted this yourself, did you forget?

Its obvious to normal folks that you are indeed on the spectrum

Yeah.

It's a really good look for the justice system. Really good.

The forum really does matter, as well as following the rules of that forum. Schiff is acting as a legislator and using the rules of the legislative body of which he's a member. Also, I may be remembering wrong, but I don't think his behavior extended outside of this forum (which is where the alleged Trump conspiracy allowed shaky prosecutions).

Adam Schiff was chairman of the House Intelligence Committee who repeatedly told the public that the President directly colluded with Russians and was a controlled asset of the Russian government. He publicly said he had evidence of the collusion. Slate

As the WSJ now illustrates, he knowingly and repeatedly lied while doing so.

Would you say an overt act was made?

You have no idea what she has seen. Especially defending Flynn.

You're trying to score political points.

"Cheating" can be a very broad term with many layers. For just one layer, we already know, and multuple courts have ruled, that SOSs, governors, or ither officials in virtually every swing state "modified" their voting laws in ways that were not legal. How many hundreds of thousands or millions of illegitimate votes were injected into the system as a result of those changes? No way to know.

We know (with video evidence) that individuals were going to ballot drop boxes with dozens of ballots days and days on end.

We know that there were dozens, sometimes up to 100+ people all registered at the same addresses who all managed to vote in 2020.

We know that rejected ballots from signature verification dropped to all-time lows despite MILLIONS of people voting by mail for the very first time.

So, whatever you want to call that, it is not legitimate and there was obviously fraud occurring.

He's allowed to play politics from a political forum.

The overt act would have been filing a lawsuit relying on the same political puffery, to compare to this Trump scenario (which isn't the strongest legal argument in the first place anyway)...or some other act (or coordination of acts with others) outside of the forum.

Politicians get to lie in their role as politicians while in purely political forums. Trust me if we changed that rule, Trump would face 100x more criminal fraud charges b/c he's the king of spouting total bullshite for reacts.

Democrats have been after Trump since the day he announced. Its been a 7 year war that most people have become exhausted.

The sad thing is if he skates here, they will continue to push until hes prosecuted.

I am no fan of Trump, would never vote for him but the left wing behavior regarding his prosecution is the most authoritarian takeover in my lifetime.

SFP has dug in, will never admit wrong and will continue to shift the argument.

Are we still talking about evidence about the election being stolen or stuff completely unrelated to the subject at hand?

Same with Russian Collusion, which was 7 years ago.

You should be ashamed of all the lawyers who were in on that one.

Your whole premise is based on the fallacy that all thinking is NOT emotional, which it is.

This person could be wrong in your opinion or in fact, but that doesn’t make her thinking any more or less emotional than yours.

A point adopted years after the fact when all of the fantasy being discussed ITT was shown to basically not exist.

Certain people....intelligent, prescient people...told you about this in real time (hint: it was me).

You know what the mob cared about in real time? Muh ground game. They didn't start discussing the real (and at the time legal) issues until about 2022.

It's not fraud if it's legal. And a lot of this stuff was legal in 2020...largely b/c Trump was cucked by Fauci and agreed on the CARES Act., as well as not focusing on attacking theses efforts in real time.

If Trump's ultimate behavior was using tens of millions of dollars to fight state-level suits, it was a lot smarter to do this BEFORE the elections and not AFTER the elections, once the courts and admin agencies blessed this voting insanity.

She was taking advice from a woman who she knew claimed to be in contact with the dead ghost of Hugo Chavez, about how to proceed.

She couldn't tell the difference between dominion and smartmatic.

She's a moron with no critical thinking skills.

a. This is only true sometimes. Pure logic is not emotional. Math is not emotional.

b. Emotional reasoning is a legitimate term that you're ignoring.
