I guess I'm not understanding why the party that controls the presidency, the house, the senate, the DOJ and has confirmed that they have all the files, needs the other party to ask for this.

Honestly, tweets like this make me think this is a scam. If Trump really was on the list, we would already know because you can damn well bet the Democrats would have exposed it.
You have to remember.....Elon is brilliant. I know it seems far-fetched, but I can't help but believe that Elon and Trump could be playing these fools...and Swalwell took the bait.

The Trump Administration COULD release them. But, to the 19% that still vote Blue and have TDS, it would look like a witch hunt by Trump. But, by getting the Left to demand the list be released, the optics are completely different when it comes to back to bite them in the arse.

That's the stupidest thing I've heard. Why would a final term president with a popular vote "mandate" give a frick about the optics from people that already don't support him?

If trunps name is on that report there is zero fvcking chance the democrats wouldn't have released in the lead up to the election. It feels very much like a setup. I wouldn't be surprised if dem's go back to buying tesla's for climate change again and burning them on social media in a month when Elon disagrees with them.
