We’re not going to fire any employees over this. We’re urging all of our employees to get vaccinated. If they can’t get vaccinated, we’re urging them to seek an accommodation, so we’ll do everything we can to support our people here,

They might not “fire” them, but they will put them on unpaid leave.

2. Is being afraid of needles a religious thing? Because it is not grounds for a medical exemption.

When few people trained in a very difficult field can control the resources and also set the course for a business’s success and failures — that’s serious stuff and CEO’s better not mess around. This isn’t Hertz or Pizza Hut.
