The NY Times tracker is increasing the chances for Warnock. Trump's tracker went the other way during 2016.

Trump Nation (80million plus or minus) views Trump as fearlessly and loyally leading the counter revolt against Democratic Authoritarian Socialist hegemony. He does what he says and don't bend. His Administration had a superb management record with proven results.
Yet, a particular Group (TDS/"never Trump") utterly despises Trump for his 'personality' (Capitalist/Narcissistic/etc.) and they will "cut their nose off to spite their face" no matter if it cost them their freedom, affluence, security and lives. "Derangement" (as in TDS) would be a proper descriptor for that.
Walker is no narcissist, but believes in Capitalism and "the American Dream", of the which enabled his extraordinary ride.
It is the United States of American that is "getting killed". We'll see if what takes it's place is a dream or a nightmare. Pretty soon.

Right - and those are going to favor Warnock. Walker running behind his November results in those podunk counties most likely means game over unless Atlanta just doesn’t show up at all.

Walker is having a really good showing in the tiny counties. This is all about Gwinnett an DeKalb. That’s when the smashing will happen for Walker.
