It's highly unlikely it would be heard this session. They could expedite the schedule, but this one is likely for the next Court.

Yep. Until his vote doesn't matter, I'm not certain of the outcome of any of these clear-cut cases.

Think parts of the law will be struck down because it restricts where you can practice but most of it will hold up
