WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Friday rejected Virginia’s bid to restore a congressional map that would have given Democrats a chance to pick up four seats in the closely divided House of Representatives.
The court’s order, issued without any noted dissent, is the latest twist in the nation’s mid-decade redistricting competition. It was kicked off last year by President Donald Trump urging Republican-controlled states to redraw their lines and was supercharged by a recent Supreme Court ruling severely weakening the Voting Rights Act that opened up even more winnable seats for the GOP.

AP has gone full-bore race pimp.
They're the ones who started the now ubiquitous capitalization of Black but not white.

No noted dissent, meaning the decision was unanimous. How do the Democrats spin that?

Why is SFP not here to explain this to us, like he is every time they rule against conservatives?

Gotta at least admire the balls it took to ask SCOTUS to allow them to do something already ruled unconstitutional.

Spanberger is a silly Lib and should be in the 'Influencer' business instead of politics. I guess she'll show up to work in Camo with a side arm next.
Albeit her outrageous political foolishness started the enough is enough ball rolling all the way to the Supreme Court, where the pressure forced them to do what they may never would have done otherwise. Across the board anti-racial discrimination-based policies are now on the chopping block. Dependent Blacks can eat the 'Span-burger' and gag.

Looks like John Roberts refused the emergency stay only - either way, the Dems aren't winning this one.

Chief Justice Roberts deferred the case to the full court.
The high court, in an unsigned order, denied the application for a stay and kept the current map in place.
“The application for stay presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied,” the Supreme Court said in its response.

So, rejected Virginia making racial map boundaries? Which btw has been ruled Unconstitutional by many Supreme Court teams throughout the years.
