We are at the Supreme Court level now. The case doesn't go backwards unless the Supreme Court justices send it back.
Don't tell us that the Ninth Circuit can't overrule the Supreme Court, tell them.
By the way, I interpreted the original post about the ninth as sarcasm.

What do you expect to find? Do you think you will be able to read through his returns and understand them?

I do not think Trump is Hitler as many post, but I do see him looking more like Nero by the day. Nero is the litmus test for ego destroying common sense. Perhaps we are the new Rome?

Being a public figure does not require the release of any personal documents!
If you think that inept bunch in Congress can find something illegal that the professional auditors at the IRS can't, then there is no hope for logic to ever enter your brain.
The Dims just want them to expand their fishing expedition, just like their latest fiasco with the quid pro quo crap.

Don’t be stupid
That is such a simpleton type take.

It seems as if the dems got word of this ruling coming down from SCOTUS; it is why they changed gears to Honest Bob muh russia grand jury testimony they have no rights to.
Who leaks to them? One of the two recent Obama appointees I presume. Or Brennan hacks SCOTUS from Obama's basement?

No, but I feel sure there are plenty of really smart accountants from both political parties (and probably some IND's) who can make sense of them.

Hard to believe we’re closing in on 2020 and Trump is still trying to hide his returns after agreeing to release them so long ago
He can keep hiding them for all I care; this only makes him look like he has something to hide.

And nothing you’ve stated, thus far, explains why he would have to. The simple fact it was a norm for previous Presidents really has no bearing.
Is the public better equipped than the IRS to evaluate tax returns hundreds (maybe thousands) of pages long?
Or do you just want them made public so you can wait to be told whats in them that can be turned into talking points? I mean can you imagine the horror if he or Melania owned horses?

Nothing, it is not required to run for President. There is no requirement to do it.

Nero burned down Rome.
Trump lifted the DOW over 28,000.
One is not like the other.

He released his financials. Has any other President done that?

He will release them as soon as the audit is complete upon the advice of his legal counsel.

I bet you really believe it too

Do you think the IRS hasn’t gone over his returns with a fine tooth comb?
