If you have a gay or trans troubled/non-performing employee it will make it more difficult to fire them. In practice as the supervisor you will just have to document the troubles and non-performances with documented warnings more than the average employee. But with paperwork in place it should be no issue to fire a bad gay or trans employee.

Imma pass on that, I don’t give a frick what CNN thinks and they are likely interpreting the opinion wrong. As of right now the USSC didn't include what you are worried about in the opinion so it is not law. When the stuff you are worried about becomes an issue then we can talk about it but right now all that the court said is you can’t get fired for be gay or trans which is 100% acceptable.

I know you’re scared of trans and gay but it’s going to be okay man, I promise you won’t catch the gay.

An employer should not have to employ anyone they don't want to employ. How can you possibly disagree with that statement?

Well...cock swinging trannies using a women’s restroom at work just became legal by ruling of SCOTUS. Real women now have no recourse to even address the issue with management without being accused and fired for “creating” a hostile work environment. But they didn’t create it. The Supreme Court did.

And this guy (Gorsucks) might as well have been a grand wizard according to the left. A huge tell on how far left they have gone.

I don't disagree.

As an employer just make sure you fire them for another reasons not related to sexual preference or gender.

This is terribly naive. Say for example you have 5 employees. One is a tranny. Your business is slowing down you need to lay one person off. If you lay off the tranny... your odds of getting sued are quite high. They will claim they were singled out. Unless you have tons of objective data on all your employees... you're screwed.
