I would guess this is only going to air in Arizona. Local stations get so many slots. I know in college when I worked at a radio station and ran the board for the Superbowl I had to insert some of our local ads. Would guess tv is similar.
They would never let this air nationally and I doubt Lamon would want to pay for a national slot.

Also, his opponent's wife is Gabby Giffords who was shot in the head as a congresswoman in an assassination attempt in 2011 by a right wing wack job. This ad will "backfire" on him in AZ.
