Wisconsin State Senator LaTonya Johnson says “frick the suburbs because they don't know a god damned thing about how how life is in the city” on the senate floor during a debate on crime spilling from cities to suburbs.

The SUV that mowed down the Xmas grandma parade in Waukesha (can be considered a suburb) came from Milwaukee.
