I bet - I’m sure they went 6,000 miles, rode the mule and showed up with dry, clean birth certificates - LOL - and how would you even know that is the person?

Oh, it’s more than 40% - probably closer to 60% - about like society with 40% pulling the weight.

So how did these kids register for school without a birth certificate?
Or immunization records?
Pretty sure American kids couldn't attend w/o those.

Same thing in my town all three public high schools have a bunch of missing students.

They have certificates from their home countries. You do not need to prove citizenship to attend a public school.
How much have we have fallen! God I hate politicians, they are nothing but paid prostitutes!
In 1984 when my parents and my brothers and I moved to the states (I was 14, we moved to Mission Viejo, CA) from Mexico, my parents had to absolutely show birth certificates for us to be able to attend public school.
Parents bought a house and they had to prove to the immigration, the state, and local government that my parents had the money required to live in the US without working here, and without asking for economic help.
If I remember correctly you had to have a minimum household income to be allowed into public school as a foreigner student, if your parents didn’t meat this minimum, YOU DID NOT GET THE STUDENT VISA and were NOT ALLOWED IN THE COUNTRY…….let alone in the school!
Today is a free for all bullshite!
My two nephews who were born and raised in Mexico, moved in with my wife and I when we lived in Texas. (2016) because my brother wanted them to have the same experience we did, go to high school in the US and then go to college at a good university and then move back to Mexico and have a better future there.
My brother was going to place them in public school after obtaining their students visas. But when he went to the public school administration and they told him he didn’t need to prove shite, that they could be registered with basically a Mexican form of ID, he said frick it, I’m not putting my kids in a public school where a large percentage of students were illegals that spoke almost zero English, he saw the mess the public school was in, with overflowing class rooms and just a shite show.
He couldn’t believe what had happened to the public school system. So he went ahead and put them in a private school!
Sorry for the rant! A country without laws is just another third world cesspool!

Yep, "we" have known where the illegals are and have done absolutely nothing about it for four years or actually longer...
Some school systems are going to have to adjust for funding...

Good.
If that continues, then you could shut down/consolidate schools, eliminate some teacher positions and save taxpayers money. Win-win.
I remember when I thought the government worked for me.

Anecdotal story but still telling - I almost always visit a Walmart every Wednesday night after church releases, while waiting for another family member to finish her evening events.
I noticed a ghost town last night at Walmart. Not worth recording but only saw one or two Hispanic couples, where there is normally a flow of customers who are of that group.

The U.S. needs to make it easier and faster for those that want to come here and work and contribute. It takes 10-20 years to enter the U.S. By then, those that come over are middle aged or older.

The US accepts more legal immigrants every year than any other country in the world. No matter how many we accept, the response will always be that it needs to be more.

Imagine you come back to work from summer and there are 3,000 new kids who don’t speak English in your school district.

Ai says the median age of people who become citizens is 42.
Which means half of that population is under 42 and half is over 42.
So you are just saying complete bullshite.

But have absolutely no problem requiring a blue immunization form from my lilly white son to attend

All families do is go down to the local free clinic and get their immunizations and dental & vision requirements completed.
Again, there are laws that protect them from certain places requesting to see proof of citizenship.
They might not be able to speak English, but they have sure learned how to work the system!

Is this a national or state law or is it the school boards?

Sounds good until you realize this will expedite the bankruptcy of entitlements.
As long as it does not affect social security, which is not an entitlement, its a piss poor ROI of money taken from me.

birth certificate, SS card, address upon registration of class.

This.
When we brought our son home from Russia, we were overly blessed with gifts from well meaning friends and family who followed our adoption journey. He still receives gifts and cards from people he’s never even met just because they became so invested in him and our adoption. We just had too much stuff and I didn’t want him to take it all for granted.
Every year for his birthday, he would choose toys he never played with or was tired of - there were always boxes full. We would take those down to the free clinic in E. Plano and he would give those toys away to the kids in the waiting room. Each kid got to pick 1 toy they wanted most and we gave the rest to the clinic to give away later. This taught my son how what he takes for granted is cherished by others and we still give away things for our birthdays.
All that to say, those clinics are packed with kids getting vaccinations and being treated. It seems as though I wouldn’t want to support such services to illegal immigrants but 1) It’s not the kids’ fault and 2) They are already here, weren’t being deported and were attending schools in my community. It was necessary for them to be vaxxed.

This already happening due to declining student enrollment from declining birth rates.

I guess you haven't heard about the nationwide teacher shortage? There are more than 50,0000 vacant teaching positions already.
