What's interesting about threads like this is all the people engaging in a little hand to gland combat over the fact that big names haven't been arrested yet. Like they're celebrating the fact that we have criminals running rampant in positions of power in our country and around the world.

That's the thing about all of this. Some folks say, "we are going to take these frickers down. It's going to happen" being, you know, optimistic for change for the better. And then on the other side of the coin are the losers who run around assuring everyone that won't happen and celebrating the fact that it still hasn't happened yet.

I feel like that must be a miserable way to live. It really comes across like you're hoping for the worst.

And for the same reason that Trump didn’t just bomb Iran’s infrastructure back into the Stone Age. Tangential and Genocidal death numbers of non combatants.

If a single high up Dem would be prosecuted and jailed for attempting political “fundamental change “ they would go crazy and spill the beans on the rest and the dominos would start falling. And the MSM would scream “we told you so, muh Dictator “ killing mothers and children.The streets would be on fire as usual and Trump would have to wreak havoc to prevent expanding anarchy. ICE accidentally killed a couple of crazies in Minnesota and they had cut and run.

Zero chance Trump starts a shooting war over what many now see as legitimate political and ideological divisions. The old days of love of Capitalism and hatred of Communism are gone. The ‘new blood “ in the body politic has changed. They may be naive, stupid, entitled and misguided or downright Saul Alinsky activist re Socialism, but the basic needs and economic realities re the old days are fast changing. And AI will really be a foot on the gas pedal for radical transformation of economic paradigms.

Taking into account the above narrative doesn’t mean a total societal meltdown can be avoided. And the “never let a good crisis go to waste “ narrative be employed by whichever Side holds formal power in an organic collapse. For the sake of ‘National Security’. There are a lot of things that could easily trigger a brutal crackdown. I will no longer publicly mention those pernicious things/strategies which could be used by virtual nincompoops. For obvious reasons. Death Valley is too much fun.
