What was the probability of individuals, or groups of, in our earliest incantation of a federal government, harboring loyalty to the crown and facilitating the predatory incursion of British saboteurs into the United States? Hence no "foreign" as the adjective to government.
If aliens were expelled under this Act, what is the punishment for those that facilitated the incursion?

CNN never disappoints. Putting a dumb ho on live to debate one of the top constitutional experts alive.

Would someone please explain to this gut wrenchingly dumb skank that autopen is fine IF AND ONLY IF
the person the signature represents is cognizant of and is the one utilizing the system. It makes you give a PERSONAL testament that you are that person and also stamps time and LOCATION, and accompanies that with an ip address. If any of those don't line up with Bidens whereabouts, it's illegally signed

Aren’t all of these people illegals? If this judges’s legal precedent is followed wouldn’t it basically give amnesty to all illegals? Or are these people citizens or green card holders?

CNN anchor, "If you didn't have to follow the judges order, why did you?"

Answer: We're attempting to deal in good faith with judges who are dealing in bad faith by trying to legislate from the bench.

The guy is damn good and sharp . I want him to get into elected politics, but I sure as hell don’t want him leaving Trumps side as his top advisor. Hopefully when Trump is done he will throw his hat into the ring and work on staying in DC to clean up the mess, and get elected to a higher office.

There is a deliberate reason(s) Trump did not invoke the War on Terror in his Proclamation. I wonder why

Why does that sound like a CNN reporter? Please, tell us why?

I dont know why he didnt invoke the war on terror. Just guessing, maybe he feels he does not need it and wants to set another strong precedent.
Maybe because it runs the risk of being bogged down on tbe question of whether Congress intended for Venezuelan gangs to be included in the war
?

Are they saying these things on CNN?

OK, so is there any limit on what the president can declare a national security matter and act unilaterally?

Sure, gang members here illegally committing felonies, thankfully, isn't anywhere near whatever line is drawn.

I don't watch CNN. But I do trust Trump and his team to strategize the best path forward. That's why I voted or him.
How about you????

A war doesn't have to be declared to be a war. Some people are dumb as dirt. There are good reasons why people refer to the Korean War and the Vietnam War, yet neither was a declared war.
