They have done the same thing with HR in the last 20 years. Most HR with medium to large companies are stocked full of LGTUDBEH and black women.

The vast majority of people don't like CRT politics. That's why a Republican just won in Virginia, those sorts of ideologies were being pushed in schools.

They're not going to punish themselves or their own family. The point of these things is to stave off criticism of themselves by fricking over other white people and sick non-whites on them. It's a genius idea to maintain their power. They get to gain favor without sacrificing anything they really care about because they don't give a frick about some random white dude that might apply to their company. They care only about themselves.


The social justice movement doesn't discriminate by class really, they just assume all white people are upper class. The rich whites of Wallstreet love this and it makes it easy to provide a sacrifice at the alter of the movement.


So thank you poor and middle class whites, thank you for sacrificing for the White wall street bankers.
