These types of threads would require them to do some self-reflection and independent thinking. The two main hallmarks of leftists are (1) complete self-unawareness and (2) inability to think for themselves. If they had self awareness and could think, then they wouldn’t be a leftist.

Yes. Always put "other" if you're white, especially if you're from Louisiana or coastal MS or AL. Cajuns are a Title IX recognized minority (Roach v. Dresser Ind. Valve & Instrument Division, 1980). There's no way to tell a white guy, especially one from these areas, isn't Cajun if he claims he is.

Honestly, that might not be a bad idea, especially if everyone does it. On everything. Applications, census, driver's license, etc.
DO NOT say you are Native American unless you really are and have the paperwork to prove it. Just say "other", "two or more", or hell, say black if you are tan.
I have a neighbor that is Asian and he said he is going to say his kids are hispanic.

I am 1/32 Native American through my aunt's genealogy research, it's true. I still hesitate to list it because I'm whitebread and I think people will think I'm lying.

You hear crazy stories like this.
Links get posted on this board (and many others).
People are pissed but also happy, talking about huge lawsuits coming.
Then the problem happens....no-one does anything. No-one sujes. No-one complains to the Justice Department (I know the Democrats are in control but really, get your complaint in there on paper so later a court can't say "well you didn't take it to the proper authorities at that time".
I have seen this time and time and again.
I WILL say it was heartening to see the truck driver run and win in NJ and a lot of first-timers run and win in various seats and school boards.
Now this must be done to these companies. If you are white and not hired, sue and make noise (even if you have no idea if your reason for not getting hired is racial).
Don't make it easy to not hire you. Otherwise this will just go on.

Policies like this are there to protect the white business owners at the expense of the white employees or prospective employees.
That's the entire corporate social justice movement, blame poor and middle class whites for everything allowing them to serve as a scapegoat for the folks who just want to maintain their power.

There should be a big movement/push to stop tracking race and to stop GIVING racial info when asked.

Hiring the most qualified candidate you can find should be the goal.
If there was a truly "racist" company out there hiring unqualified white men, instead of hiring the best candidate they could find, they'd fail, wouldn't they?
