The minute Jake from State Farm got a tan, you could see how this would end up. They love the libtard policies, UNTIL it hits them in the pocketbook
Then they want to run. To protect their pocketbook, while shoving down everyone else throats their dedication to the libtard policies that they want to run from. You could defend their, money motivations, but they want to spray paint it black and brown and all rainbowy first, then claim its simply a matter of green

Long time USAA customer 27 Years. I had a hell of a time with a claim this past year. They have 3rd party assignment so you are not dealing with USAA agents all the time which is NOT GOOD. . USAA also directs policies like marine/RV to Progressive. I'm likely staying with them but they aren't what they used to be IMO.

Worked as a progressive employee years ago but have worked with claims departments for all of them and would highly recommend farm bureau on your state
