This is much ado about nothing. Every incoming administration gets rid of the outgoing administrations appointees. Especially when their is a party change.
But, yes, conservatives believe we should employ more people in the private sector and fewer in the Public sector. So getting rid of government jobs is good, especially if they find a job in a booming private sector.

The new POTUS has the right to clear out Obama hold-overs. Dems do the same thing. Remember the firing of the WH Travel Staff by Hillary? Were you outraged when those people lost their jobs? No, of course not.
