So basic that almost every other comparable country limits them more harshly than we do without any problem.

The might have a database that contains the buyer's names even though they are supposed to erase them based on the Tiarht Amendments.

Right, private sales are ok. The ATF can trace who has what if you buy it from a dealer. It's just not in a central database

That is the great thing about America. This country recognizes this as a basic human right.

If you want to get back into the whole debate about if our "peer reviewed" papers have any validity ok. Did you see that story about the group that put out bogus research papers and had them published by institutions all across the country? Uh its almost like these papers don't always hold the water that you think they do.

I bet you are one weak frail looking man. Yes I’m stereotyping but there is just too much data and evidence that supports liberal males being girly man like.

Yeah, we need to be like the EU where you need government approval to post memes on the internet. So progressive.

I don't trust that the government deletes the names like they are supposed to. I haven't read the law in some time but they are supposed to remove all buyer info from the background check after 48 hours (i might have the duration wrong) and only store only the serial #, make, model and the dealer info.

The dealer must keep the buyer information.

I watched a Vice piece on this where the ATF bemoaned the fact that it's a lot of work to track down gun owners due to the deliberate inefficient system they have to abide by

I have met Brian Kemp in person. This past Friday as a matter of fact. Good dude. I trust him. the shite she is spewing about him is lies...

Atlanta may frick it all up, but the rest of this state is still red and Kemp is a great candidate. I would be he is doing better than the polls would suggest and POTUS is coming into Macon Sunday...the base is real.

She is doing ok in the polls because of literally millions of dollars coming from out of state, But she wont win...ESPECIALLY if there is a runoff.

I will be voting R all the way down my Georgia ballot.

I've read similar articles. It was designed to be cumbersome.

I don't still own every gun that I've ever purchased. I have sold a few to private buyers to buy a different one. I also own guns that I inherited. It gets pretty murky on who owns what over time, which is fine with me.

The serial #, make, and model are never told to the FBI agent during the background check. They purchasers info is told to the agent and if the sale is a long gun or handgun. Unless something has changed really recently.

What peer-reviewed papers are those? Or are you referring to the ones that aren't actually peer-reviewed at all?
