You're trying so hard to appear to be "Mr. St George Insider" but all you've accomplished is proving you don't even know well known facts that have been reported numerous times in the media.

Not even close. Most people didn't even know about the proposed SEBR school district until the St.George issue became prominent. The racism cries didn't start until the petition to incorporate started gaining traction.

Y'all are kidding yourselves if you think Gardere would be included without the existence of the casino right down the road. That's the only reason they took Gardere was to get to the casino.

^ that's a lie and you know it. It has been stated multiple times that all the unincorporated areas were taken because that's the boundaries of the fire departments.

Ignore them, they are making up nonsense in the hope it sticks.
The city of SG was created from existing legal boundaries and not from a group of greedy, power hungry citizens bent on power sitting around drawing lines on a map.
Besides on one hand they try and paint the SG as amateurish, but in the next breath they some how become some kind of slick operators bent on capturing all of this tax money for themselves.
But what is the truth? Who is it that is actively targeting business entities in an effort to lock down their tax money so they can continue business as usual. Who is it that is negotiating with Mall owners to get them into BR at the expense of the SGFD?
Hint: It's not SG leadership.

If you are going to create a "city" within a city, then BE ON POINT, SHARE INFO, HAVE FACTS.
Its nothing but hate on BR and fear mongering. Kinda like fox news and mega church style of scaring you into thinking they are the only ones that can solve the problems, and everything else in the world is evil. (aka white flight strategy)
Also 5-10 years from now there will be no real money in SG. Kinda like Baker
