Did this board even discuss how Ken Paxton rang in the new year? 
Seems like our fair, balanced, honest, conservative posters would be just as outraged over that incident as they were for this completely made up one

Now, if James Talarico himself came out and made a statement and then signed forms allowing the hospital to make that declaration, then it would be acceptable.
Without coordination with Talarico, that statement offers no proof.
Do you seriously think that the Lindner Center doesn't have a legal team that fully understands PHI rules and wouldn't have reviewed that public statement in advance?

Linder Center pretty much squashed that story from their end.
Who knows if he has a case against Sortor. I’m kind of interested to see what Sortor does next, or the other guy who made the phone call. See how much they believe in the story….
Pratt probably has enough wiggle room.
He’s stayed pretty quiet since, and he put it all on “sources” in his original claims.
