The left loons in cali dont care about any of that, they live in their own bubbles thinking it is all lies or that none of the bad stuff is where they are at or will happen to them.

Gotta hand it to Pratt. Dude is consistent.

Raman at least looked uncomfortable. Bass was grinning like the idiot she is.

One of my favorite politicians, and I hadn't even heard of him a week ago. I hope he and his family are well-protected, because he's stirring the pot in the middle of Crazy Town USA.

Went from hated frickboy on reality tv show 15 years ago to one of the best California political candidates in the modern era

Good for him
As an aside I remember some reality show he was on where he got baptized in a muddy arse river by Stephen Baldwin

Pratt's stance is going to fall on a lot of deaf ears because progressives want to feel good about themselves for being moral without having to really do anything. This is why they love the idea of high taxes (on others) going to fund homelessness programs and then get pissed at the messenger when they are told the programs are gross wastes of money due to rampant fraud.
And those benefiting from all that largess (the NGOs) are the ones leading the charge against the messengers.

One of your favorite politicians is a washed up reality star that decided to throw his hat in the ring a few months ago and has little shot to win his election?

How sad is it when he would be a significant upgrade over Karen Bass? What does that say about her?

All the candidates are terrible, but it ultimately doesn't matter.
The LA city council and county board of supervisors carry significantly more power than the mayor. The LA mayor is mostly a figurehead.
Also, it's easy to call out democratic incompetence, but Pratt doesn't really have any policy ideas of his own.
Celebrating him as some sort of savior is ridiculous.

Great way to mention Jane Fonda without mentioning Jane Fonda.

Meh. If it didn't matter, there wouldn't be a competitive election.

Maybe. Having a mayor to call them on their BS might be nice.

Which of Karen Bass' policies and accomplishments are your favorite?

I would argue this is still better than the Democrats policies. Doing nothing is better than actively destroying.

I don’t disagree, but again, all the power is wielded by the city council and BOS. I don’t think there’s a single Republican in any seat. The mayorship has little significance.

None, I voted for Caruso and would greatly favor him over Pratt.
Spencer Pratt’s house was in a brush zone and he didn’t have the wherewithal to obtain homeowners insurance. This notion that he’s now some great politician is farcical. Anyone could get up on stage and clown the democrats, especially a socialist like Raman.

I said I'd never heard of him until a week ago. Learn to read.
I don't care what he was doing 15 years ago. He is speaking TRUTH right now. But hey, you're still free to vote for yet another one of the scumbags who have virtually ruined California.

Very few political ideas are original, first of all.
Secondly, the guy is saying the "quiet part out loud", which I think will be the basis of a lot of successful political campaigns for the foreseeable future. Americans, meaning regular folks, are sick of traditional politicians being traditional politicians are most people can now see right through that.
And yes, there are plenty of "regular folks" in California. They're just politically muzzled as the loud, extreme left dominates the conversation.
