quote:
A Chicago judge appointed a special prosecutor on Friday morning to lead the investigation into the handling of the Jussie Smollett case.
Cook County Judge Michael Toomin appointed former U.S. Attorney Dan Webb to the position to investigate the way the case was handled — specifically, why the 16 criminal charges against Smollett were dropped and to potentially reinstate the charges or even add additional charges against Smollett.
"Webb gained prominence for his lead role during the Operation Greylord investigations into judicial corruption in Cook County," Fox 32 reported. "He served as special counsel in the Iran-Contra affair and was previously appointed by Judge Toomin in the death of David Koschman."

This is great news for Jussie! He has said the police maligned him and that the truth has never fully been told. Let's get to the bottom of it and let the cards fall where they may.
No special treatment for anybody involved. Just the laws that were potentially broken and whatever penalties those laws entail.
Let justice be blind.

Should be evaluated in terms of what would have happened if the hoax was successful

Let's see...
Black, gay, WEALTHY Democrat in Chicago.
Yep, he is innocent. Nothing to see here.

This can't be. The almighty Chicago DA told Trump not to "go there" and to just "leave it alone." Doesn't he get that?

What happened to the DA that looks like an eggplant?

So, the first Soros backed District Attorney is ripe to fall.
Hopefully the special prosecutor gets his hands on some incriminating information that leads to people opening their eyes as to WTF the Soros is up to.

Not sure about that. But it definitely needs to be looked at by someone not associated with the Cook County's prosecutors office.

I'm sure "Heels-up" Harris is ecstatic about this news. She's such an advocate of justice with a track record that totally proves how much she loves the justice system, as her fellow presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard so eloquently pointed out in great detail during the last time they shared a stage together.
Heels will be very happy that someone impartial is finally looking into this situation, that she was absolutely, in no way whatsoever, involved in.
